China on 12/20/2010 after they reviewed our file. - Get home study done
- Collect certified records for dossier
- Send final home study to USCIS for approval. They will send us for FBI fingerprints for clearance near the end of that approval processes
- Receive final USCIS approval to adopt internationally.
