Austin's Entry into the Navy

On this past Thursday--My 18 year old son Austin  made me so very proud and if I'm really honest -- a little anxious.

He has officially been sworn in to the delayed entry program of the Navy. 

Yes--My son's going to be a sailor for the Navy.

I can remember the day he was placed in my arms--so very little and precious.  Over the years I have watched him mature, and grow into a great young man.  Now I get the honor and privilege of releasing him to serve our God and Country.
